What you need: access to your board, and your team's work emails.
Go to telll.ai/app and type your work email. A 6 digit code arrives by email, you type it in, and you are in. Your team gets in through the invite you send from Telll.
Trello opens its own screen and asks you to allow read and write access, because that is how Trello names it. Telll only ever reads your cards, attaches a link, leaves a comment or moves a card. Nothing else is ever touched. Click Allow. Back in Telll, pick the board it should watch. You need to be a member of that board. You can disconnect at any time from Settings. ClickUp and Jira work the same way: click Connect ClickUp or Connect Jira, approve, and pick the list or board. On ClickUp and Jira, Telll only reads.
Telll lists everyone on the board. For each person, type the email address where they should get nudges. Only the people you add are ever asked anything.
Choose how often Telll may follow up with someone who has not answered: manual, or 1 to 4 times a day. Pick the times, your working days and hours, and your time zone. Nothing goes out at night or on your days off.
